Rewriting the audit readiness workflow

Staff were reconstructing survey-ready binders by hand the night before state audits. I partnered with QA directors across 14 facilities to redesign the audit prep tool, cutting prep time 64% and turning a reactive panic into a rolling routine.

The Designer

With a background in behavioral research and two years in regulated healthcare, as well as a stubborn insistence that accessibility is a craft, driven forward with team collaboration.

I came to UX through behavioral research, where I watched autistic adults navigate systems designed without them in mind. That habit of observation is the spine of every project that followed.

For the past two years I've been embedded inside a Medicare and Medicaid compliance operation, supporting more than three hundred skilled nursing facilities. 

I've shipped features with Hack for LA and Dev Launchers, and delivered three end-to-end web redesigns from discovery through launch.
