Rewriting the audit readiness workflow
Staff were reconstructing survey-ready binders by hand the night before state audits. I partnered with QA directors across 14 facilities to redesign the audit prep tool, cutting prep time 64% and turning a reactive panic into a rolling routine.

ABOUT THE DESIGNER
The Designer
With a background in behavioral research, two years in regulated healthcare, and a stubborn insistence that accessibility is a craft, and collaboration at the forefront to drive forward solutions.

I came to UX through behavioral research — three years watching autistic adults navigate systems that had been designed without them in mind. That habit of observation is the spine of every project that followed.
For the past two years I've been embedded inside a Medicare and Medicaid compliance operation, supporting more than three hundred skilled nursing facilities. The phrase "patient-facing" is a misnomer in this world: the user is just as often the QA director, the floor nurse, the caregiver translating for their parent.
I've shipped features with Hack for LA and Dev Launchers, and delivered three end-to-end web redesigns from discovery through launch.
The best healthcare UX is invisible to everyone except the person who needed it.
