ABOUT
The Designer
With a background in behavioral research and two years in regulated healthcare, as well as a stubborn insistence that accessibility is a craft, driven forward with team collaboration.
I came to UX through behavioral research, where I watched autistic adults navigate systems designed without them in mind. That habit of observation is the spine of every project that followed. And for the past two years, I've been embedded inside a Medicare and Medicaid compliance operation, where I support more than three hundred skilled nursing facilities nationwide.
I've shipped features with Hack for LA and Dev Launchers, and delivered three end-to-end web redesigns from discovery through launch.
Design either works or falls flat. I believe the best UX is invisible to everyone except the person who needs it.
